St. Thomas Council Names Herb Littlefield as February 2025 Knight of the Month

February 3, 2025The Knights of Columbus St. Thomas Council awards Knight of the Month for February 2025 to Herb Littlefield.
Herb receives the honors this month at the recommendation of Mrs. Carlene Roy, who operates the Parish’s Food Closet with her hisband Michael Roy. Herb puts in his hours regularly at the Food Closet every Thursday. Herb has been a knight in the St. Thomas Council for the past 11 years. He is also a Sir Knight and an Honor Guard.
