St. Thomas Council awards Knight of the Month for June 2023 to Paul Toth, who has been a knight in the St. Thomas Council for the past 18 years.

For the past several years, Paul has been a familiar fixture at all St. Thomas Council dinners – especially the Lenten haddock dinners. Since we reactivated the in-person Friday dinners following the pandemic, Paul has taken full leadership of the cooking and baking at our Haddock dinners. We have not had any missteps or wait times for anything related to this area of our dinners. So, kudos for Paul!
