The Knights of Columbus St. Thomas Council #13861 conducted another Charity, Unity and Fraternity exemplification ceremony. This ceremony was conducted at Holy Family Church in Sanford, Maine on Sunday, July 25th. Charity, Unity and Fraternity symbolize the three virtues of the Knights of Columbus Third Degree rank.
John Chandonnet presided over a ceremony in which four knights took their first, second and third degree to become full-fledged knights. The four new knights included: Jason Rice, Sean Wiegand, Leslie Studer and Elijah Alexandre. Other members of the degree team included: Ray Sargent, Dennis Guay, Rene Robichaud, Grand Knight Dennis Breton and Past Grand Knight Terry Sylvanus. Fr. Bill Labbe, Pastor of St. Therese of Lisieux Parish was the Ceremonial Chaplin.
State Deputy John Deetjen, Jr. was also prersent.
