The W. Robert Bachelder 4th Degree Knights of Columbus Assembly put on a benefit Roast Pork Supper to benefit St. Thomas School in Sanford.
Approximately 75 persons feasted on a dinner menu that included: roast pork, mashed potatoes, peas, tossed salad, bread and assorted desserts. 12 Knights and 4 volunteers prepared and served the dinner; and cleaned up afterward. The volunteers consisted of Knights and wives of the Knights.
Approximately $750 was collected at the door; which resulted in a $375 net profit for the school.
