Mondays
4:15-5:30pm

Sessions begin in September and run through May, and are held at the Notre Dame Faith Formation Center in Springvale. Fees per child for the year are $25 per child. Everything  is provided at this low cost for a whole year of faith formation!

Attention Parents: When Faith Formation is cancelled due to inclement weather, a cancellation notice will be shown on channels 6, 8, and 13. Whenever school has been cancelled, dismissed early due to weather, or there is a three-day weekend (Monday holiday), there will be no Faith Formation classes that afternoon.
