The St. Thomas Council Knights of Columbus organized a Haddock Dinner in appreciation for the faculty of St. Thomas School. The dinner also served as a fund-raiser for the school. St. Thomas Teachers and staff were treated to dinner at no charge. Baked Haddock, mashed potatoes, peas, cole slaw and bread were served. There were also assorted pastries for dessert that volunteers baked.
St. Thomas and Springvale Knights prepared and served the dinner, along with Youth Ministry members and other volunteers.
