St. Thomas Council Awards Certificate of Excellence to Dan Rooney

September 10, 2020Grand Knight Terry Sylvanus presented a Certificate of Excellence to Dan Rooney. The Certificate of Excellence is awarded to a Brother Knight for Excellence in Leadership.
In appreciation of 26 years as a Knight of Columbus, years dedicated to our parish as a Lector, Eucharistic Minister, years of Leadership on The ACTS team as well as That Man Is You.
We applaud Dan Rooney's Leadership within our council, highlighted by his four years as Grand Knight during which the Council achieved STAR Council for 2006-07, and 2007-08 and Double Star Council for 2008-09 and 2009-10. Dan has set the bar very high!!
We thank Dan and wish him well as he relocates to sunny, warm, (no snow) Florida.
