The St. Thomas Knights of Columbus Council organizes a Haddock Supper every Friday (except Good Friday) during the season of Lent. Baked Haddock, mashed potatoes, peas, cole slaw, macaroni and cheese, bread, coffee, lemonade and assorted desserts are served. Various St. Thomas Knights and volunteers prepare and serve the meal.
There will be four more Friday Haddock suppers on March 13
th, March 20
th, March 27
th and April 3
rd. Cost of meal is $12 for adults and $5 for children. Proceeds from the Haddock Suppers will be dispersed among the St. Thomas Council, St. Therese of Lisieux Parish and Waban Projects, Inc.
Haddock suppers are held at St. Ignatius Gym at 25 Riverside Avenue in Sanford, Maine. Supper is served from 4:30 to 7:00 pm.
